Out on the rail trail these two small orb weavers, Araneus species were found unusually in plain view on top of Scaly Buttons, Leptorhynchos squamatus.<\/p>\n

Female.<\/p>\n A day or two later the female was still in the same situation.<\/p>\n Three jumpers\u00a0 prowling in the garden, Hypoblemum scutulatum.<\/p>\n An Opisthoncus species.<\/p>\n Opisthoncus necator.<\/p>\n And to conclude, a very neat entry web in a garden tree.<\/p>\n Some images will enlarge.
